1. Agreement to Terms
By registering for and attending any Platinum Programming AI Workshop ("Workshop"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for or attend our workshops.
2. Workshop Registration
2.1 Eligibility: Workshops are designed for professionals aged 18 and older. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2.2 Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your name, email address, and contact information.
2.3 Capacity: Workshops are limited to a maximum number of participants. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change. Early bird pricing is available until the specified deadline for each workshop.
3.2 Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full workshop fee.
3.3 Confirmation: A confirmation email with your receipt and workshop details will be sent upon successful payment.
4. Bring Your Own Laptop (BYOL) Policy
4.1 Equipment: Participants must bring their own fully charged laptop computer. Tablets and smartphones are not suitable for workshop exercises.
4.2 Software: Participants should have a modern web browser installed (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge). No coding or technical software is required.
4.3 Internet: WiFi and power outlets will be provided at the venue.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Workshop Materials: All workshop materials, presentations, exercises, and handouts are the intellectual property of Platinum Programming and are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
5.2 Recording: Audio or video recording of workshops is prohibited without prior written consent.
6. Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Platinum Programming reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
Platinum Programming provides workshop content for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from applying workshop knowledge. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the workshop registration.
8. Changes to Workshops
Platinum Programming reserves the right to modify workshop content, schedules, instructors, or venues. In the event of significant changes, registered participants will be notified and offered the option to transfer to another date or receive a full refund.
