Full Refund Policy
7+ Days Before Workshop
Full refund, no questions asked. We understand plans change.
3-6 Days Before Workshop
Full credit toward any future workshop date, valid for 12 months.
Less Than 3 Days Before Workshop
Transfer your spot to a colleague or friend at no additional cost.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or transfer, simply email us at hello@platinumprogramming.com with:
- Your name and email used during registration
- The workshop date you registered for
- Whether you'd like a refund, credit, or transfer
- If transferring: the name and email of the person taking your spot
We process refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Workshop Cancellation by Platinum Programming
In the rare event that we need to cancel a workshop due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive:
- Full refund processed within 5 business days, OR
- Priority transfer to the next available workshop date (your choice)
We will notify you as soon as possible if a cancellation becomes necessary.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend the workshop and have not requested a cancellation, transfer, or credit in advance, the registration fee is non-refundable. We encourage you to contact us if something comes up—we're happy to work with you to find a solution.
Group Bookings
For group bookings of 3 or more participants, please contact us directly to discuss custom refund and transfer arrangements. Group bookings may have different terms based on the agreement made at the time of purchase.
